Three ways to earn
1 · Direct Rewards — paid now
A 30% commission on every Tech Pass payment — the activation and each monthly payment — by a member you personally referred. Flat-priced software, so your reward is never tied to anyone's trading results.
2 · The Ten Weekly Flows
Qualify for a Flow and hold one credit in it. Each Flow's weekly payout divides equally across all credits in it. Credits are earned, never purchased — and never shares, equity, or property.
3 · Mentor Match
Personally mentor a member into a Flow and earn additional credits equal to 50% of the credits they earn there — up to five matches at a time, one generation deep. Lifting others lifts you.

Every count is a count of active members — your Flow reflects the team you have today, not lifetime totals. No monthly quota, and nobody is ever removed for failing to recruit: the requirement is a live team, not a new sale. Points are cumulative to reach, live to hold — team points build and are never taken away for reaching a Flow; holding one turns only on your active-referral count, and your own activity earns points too. Flows 1–2 are Launchpad Flows — new members are eligible from day one and graduate out after 60 days.

An "active member" is one using the platform, not one paying it. Points are never granted for payments — not Tech Pass purchases, tiers, or performance contributions — only verified activity, and advancement can never be bought at any price. Illustrative schedule pending counsel review.
The Founding Positions — fully disclosed
1Four Founding Positions in every Flow — one seat for each of the Company's four owners, on exactly the same terms as any member credit: same amount per position, no multiplier, no override. Qualify and your credit pays what an owner's seat pays — "get paid like an owner," literally.
2A Flow unlocks at five positions — and the Company's four count toward the five, so the first qualified member completes it.
3No Flow pays out more than 75% of each payout while it awaits its first qualified member — the rest stays and builds for the members who reach it first.
4The first member to earn in lifts the cap and unlocks the accumulated balance — together. They walk into a funded Flow.
5Unlocked balances pay out to every position alike — the Company never paid ahead of members. Payment timing terms are in the Terms of Service.
6No one can buy a position or a place in any Flow. Every distribution and accumulated balance posts in the weekly results.
